Asanas, or yoga poses, was one way ancient yogis prepared the mind and body for meditation. Whether you love the hot and sweaty focus of Hot Yoga or the warm rhythmic flow of Vinyasa, we all come to a moment in our practice where we seek a clearer perspective on our alignment in the poses. This workshop is a look into that deeper practice.  
Using the Hot Yoga standing series as a foundation, we will break down the fundamentals in order to understand the essence of each pose and then develop tools in support of individual needs to help establish a basis for a stronger personal practice. Using props, the wall, and some hands on adjustments, students will begin feeling the pose from the inside out and cultivate greater confidence in themselves on the mat. 
This workshop is recommended for all levels.  Come in with an open mind and as many questions as you can think of!
