Open Flow

Geared towards students seeking a slightly slower approach to Vinyasa yoga, Open Flow links poses to breath to reveal body awareness through a fluid sequence led at an intermediate pace.   Beginners are encouraged to utilize modifications in poses while intermediate and advanced students are offered more challenging variations on poses.  The temperature ranges from 85° – 105° Fahrenheit and individuals are open to practice at an intensity of their own specific ability, which will allow them to find a sense of balance and revitalization through the process.
