Calisthenics & Wall Yoga

This class takes a very different approach to traditional yoga and is more like a mini-workshop.  Practiced at a temperature  between 95° – 100°  Fahrenheitit incorporates core building moves such as push-ups and plank pose practiced rhythmically and intertwines poses that provide for greater flexibility as well.  The first half of class is dedicated to building strength and flexibility through floor exercises, while the latter half brings yogi’s to the wall in order to utilize it as a prop to  further build on the foundation required to properly practice advanced poses including inversions, arm balances and splits.
