Flow Classes: Change it Up!

There are three different levels of flow classes at Flex, also collectively referred to as Vinyasa yoga.  The Warm Align is suitable for beginners and the Gentle Flow steps it up with intermediate level postures while still being accessible to beginners.  The Vinyasa class as well as the Calisthenics & Wall Yoga class are the most advanced level of flow class at Flex and are only recommended for those with an intermediate or advanced level of practice.  The sequence of postures, or asanas, varies from class to class and might focus on the core, shoulders, back, legs or arms but always emphasizes proper alignment of the spine and maintaining an awareness and connection to the breath.
